OVERVIEW

Over the summer of 2022, I had the opportunity to intern at Amazon’s Alexa Communications and Social team. The goal of my individual project was to explore and identify Alexa opportunities to create an engaging and smooth customer experience that would help customers better manage and coordinate within their households.

While I cannot disclose specific details of my project due to NDA, I can share that my general tasks/processes included conducting research, interviewing stakeholders, and designing and refining concept solutions.

At the end of the project, I designed multiple solutions for different modalities (VUI + UI) which included the Alexa Mobile App and the Alexa Echo Devices (Echo Dot & Show).
