My full Chinese name is Yiu Chung Cheung, but I go by Jacky. I am a First-Generation College graduate from the University of Washington, with a B.S. degree in Informatics (HCI & Data Science).

As a designer, I am motivated to make a positive impact and acquire knowledge that benefits people. I enjoy problem-solving and am passionate about creating meaningful and impactful products and services that improve human experiences.

I’ve since worked on a range of problem areas including - education, health, smart home, and social.

Besides UX, I have experience in Full Stack Development, Data Modeling, and Data Analytics + Visualization, which has given me a holistic view of software product development and technical feasibility. This has helped me develop strong communication and collaboration skills when working in cross-functional teams.
